Today

What matters now?

Context first
Reported

You feel better than your sleep data suggests.

Measured

Recovery signals are below your recent pattern.

Observed

Training demand has been higher this week.

The point is not to let one signal win.

It is to understand the disagreement, decide with context, and learn what actually happens next.

The KNTK approach

Demand is what life asks. Capacity is what you can absorb.

Demand is not just training. Work, recovery, digestion, worry, movement, sleep disruption, and the choices you make all draw on the same changing system.

Capacity is your current reality — not a judgment. KNTK helps you understand the relationship between the demand you are carrying and what you can absorb, so you can decide where to change demand, build capacity, or do both.

The Art of Breath

Breathing is not the answer. It is access.

Breathing often changes as demand changes. It is unusually accessible: it changes automatically, but can also be deliberately altered. That gives us a practical way to observe response and work with demand in real time.

We do not train breathing only to calm down. We use it to observe response, pace effort, practice recovery, and learn what changes — without pretending one breathing pattern explains the whole person.

Biological Algorithm

Demand changes the equation.

Goals and life create demand. Capacity affects what you can absorb. State, response, recovery, and cost tell us what happened next. KNTK uses that relationship to learn — not to reduce you to a deterministic formula or hidden readiness score.

The Parking Brake

Not every problem needs more gas.

Sometimes capacity is limited by unnecessary or poorly matched demand. The useful move may be to remove a cost, change a constraint, or stop adding load long enough for the capacity you already have to become available.

Some demand is chosen and meaningful. Some is unavoidable. Some is modifiable. Capacity is where you are right now, not a verdict. You may be able to change part of today's demand immediately while building tomorrow's capacity over time.

How it works

Complex underneath. Clear on top.

01

See the whole picture

Bring assessment, training, recovery, and lived experience into one view instead of reducing you to a single score.

02

Focus on what matters now

Separate what was measured, what you reported, and what is still uncertain so the next conversation is clearer.

03

Choose with context

Use the evidence with your coach to make a decision that fits your goals, constraints, and current capacity.

04

Learn from what happens

Track what you did and how you responded so the system can become more useful over time.

Built around the human

More intelligence should mean less burden on you.

The system should do more synthesis behind the scenes so the member sees fewer, better questions and clearer decisions.

Measured state and lived experience stay separate.

Uncertainty is shown instead of hidden behind false precision.

Your coach can add judgment without erasing your own experience.

The goal is better decisions and greater agency — not dependence on a score.
