These Terms govern your use of the KNTK training and performance platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Not medical advice

KNTK provides fitness and training guidance, not medical advice. The assessments, readiness scores, and programs are for training purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical care. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and stop and seek care if you experience pain, injury, or concerning symptoms. You train at your own risk.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to use the platform. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid memberships are billed through Stripe on the terms shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel your membership from your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Connected services (Oura)

If you connect a third-party device such as Oura, you authorize us to access the data you approve, and your use of that device remains subject to the third party’s own terms. You can disconnect at any time.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the platform: no unlawful use, no attempting to access other users’ data, no interfering with the service, and no reverse-engineering or scraping.

Intellectual property

The KNTK platform, methodology, content, and brand are owned by KNTK and protected by law. Your program and personal data belong to you; we’re granted permission to process them to deliver the service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KNTK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for injury arising from your training. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
