KNTK (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a training and performance platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the KNTK platform you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, and login credentials.

• Profile & assessment data — the information you provide in physical, behavioral, and psychological assessments and daily check-ins (including self-reported sleep, mood, stress, soreness, and training feedback). Some of this is health-related information.

• Connected device data (optional) — if you connect Oura, we receive readiness, sleep, heart-rate-variability, and resting-heart-rate data through Oura’s API, only after you authorize it. You can disconnect at any time.

• Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.

• Usage data — basic technical and usage information needed to operate the service.

How we use your information

To generate and personalize your training program, to let your coach support you, to operate billing and accounts, to improve the service, and to communicate with you about your training.

Health & wearable data

Assessment, check-in, and connected-device data is used to inform your training and is visible to you and your assigned coach (and administrators). We use it to compute readiness signals and program recommendations. We do not sell this data. Oura data is used only for the purposes you authorize and in accordance with Oura’s terms.

How we share information

We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform — including Supabase (database/hosting), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Oura (only the data you connect). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data storage & security

Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers using industry-standard safeguards and access controls. Connected-device tokens are stored securely and used only to sync your data.

Your choices & rights

You can view and update your profile, disconnect Oura at any time, and request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

Children

The platform is not intended for individuals under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll post the new version here with an updated date.
